The M-3000FAU moving die rheometer is an accurate moving die rheometer with sealed biconical dies. It is an ideal instrument for determining the curing characteristics of rubber compounds including scorch time, cure time, cure rate, maximum torque, minimum torque and other vulcanization characteristics for quality control, research and development. Using high precision temperature control system, advanced amplifier system with high speed sampling rate and PC based dedicated software, the M-3000FAU provides a reliable and easy to use solution for analysis of vulcanization curve.
